You claim the offer
You pick a plan and start it. The build fee line is $0 rather than $647, and the monthly price is the same one on the pricing page.
Step Two
Onboarding call, same week
Around forty minutes on your room: menu, photos, locations, the reservation tool you already use and who approves what. The build clock starts here, not on the day you order.
Step Three
We build it in 7 days
The Table is live in 7 days, The Full House in 10, Standing Room Only in 15. You see it on a private address before anyone else does.
Step Four
You approve, then it goes live
Nothing launches until you have walked it and said yes. Your domain points at it the same day and the old site redirects rather than disappears.
Step Five
We keep running it
5 revisions a month of any size, turned around in 2 to 5 working days, plus hosting, articles and the map listing. You send a message, we make the change.
What we need from you
- Your menus, in whatever file you already have them in.
- Photos of the room, the plates and the team, or a note saying you need a shoot.
- Your opening hours, locations and the reservation tool you use now.
- Login to your current domain, or a note saying you need one registered.
- One person who can approve a page without a committee.
What you do not need
- A written brief. The onboarding call is the brief.
- A designer, a developer or an agency on retainer.
- A card on file for the build fee. There is no build fee to pay.
- Anything else up front. The first month of your plan is the only charge when you order.
Honest about the deadline
One date, and it does not move
There is no ticking clock that starts again when you reload this page. The waived build fee applies to plans started on or before December 31, 2026. After that the $647 build fee returns, invoiced after launch the way it always has been.

The $647 one-time build fee is waived on every plan ordered on or before December 31, 2026. It is not deferred and not added to a later invoice.
Cancel with two days notice
Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date and the plan stops. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.
The refund policy, in full
All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge, which is corrected if you report it within 30 days. It is worth reading before you order.

What changes once the site matches the room
The menu on the site finally matches what comes out of the kitchen. Regulars stopped calling to ask if the Tuesday prix fixe is still on, because the page says so, and the waitlist fills from the sidewalk on a Friday instead of from the host stand phone.

Is the build fee waived or just delayed?
Waived. The $647 one-time build fee is removed from the order entirely for plans started on or before December 31, 2026, so it is not invoiced after launch and it is not added to a later month. The monthly plan price is unchanged, which is the whole point: the saving is real and the ongoing cost is exactly what the pricing page says.
What am I actually paying today?
The first month of your plan, paid securely through Stripe when you order, and then the same amount each month. On The Table that is $117 a month, on The Full House $247 a month, on Standing Room Only $597 a month. Nothing else is charged: the build fee line, normally $647, is $0.
How quickly does the site go live?
7 days on The Table, 10 days on The Full House and 15 days on Standing Room Only, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the order. The call is usually in the same week you order. If your menus and photos are slow to arrive, the clock waits for you rather than running out.
Can I change plan after I order?
Yes, in either direction, from your next billing date. Moving from The Table up to The Full House or Standing Room Only adds the AI Engine or the Content Engine to the site you already have. It is a plan change, not a rebuild, so nothing about the site you approved is thrown away.
What happens to my current website and my rankings?
It stays up until the new one is approved, then your domain switches over and every old address redirects to its new home. Pages that rank today keep their equity through those redirects. We do not take a site down and leave a gap while we build.
What if I do not like what you build?
Nothing goes live until you approve it, and revisions are how we get there: 5 a month are included on every plan, of any size, each turned around in 2 to 5 working days. If you decide to stop instead, cancel with 2 business days notice before the next invoice. All sales are final, so please read the refund policy before you order.
