Ordered a plan on or before December 31, 2026? Your build fee is waived and there is nothing to pay here. Not sure? Ask before you pay.

How it works

Three steps, about two minutes

  1. Choose the plan you are on

    It is recorded with the payment so it matches your account. The amount is the same on every plan.

  2. Pay once with Stripe

    Card details go to Stripe, never to us. Nothing is stored on this site.

  3. Get your receipt

    Stripe emails a receipt straight away, and we confirm the payment by email too.

Before you pay

Questions about the build fee

  • Is this a subscription?

    No. The build fee is a single $647 payment. Your monthly plan is billed separately and is not started or changed by paying here.

  • Do I need to pay this?

    Only if a build fee is due on your account. Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived, so if you ordered under that offer there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, write to hello@eaterywebstudio.com before paying.

  • Why does the amount not change with the plan?

    The build fee pays for the work before launch: design, the menu build, reservations and the move. That work is the same on every plan, so the fee is too. What changes between plans is the ongoing work after launch.

  • Is paying here safe?

    Payment is taken on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch this website.

  • Can I get a refund?

    All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge, which is corrected if you report it within 30 days. The full refund policy is linked below.
