Talk to a person

Or send a message

Tell us what you run and what the site needs to do. We read every message ourselves.

Optional. We only call if you ask us to.

Leave blank if you do not have one yet.

A person replies within one working day. We never share your details.

What happens after you write

  • A person reads it

Not a bot and not a ticket queue. Every first message is read by someone on the team.

  • Reply within one working day

Business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message on Saturday gets its reply on Monday.

  • A demo if it helps

If a walk-through would answer your question faster, we offer a time for a 30-minute demo.

  • No pressure to buy

If we are not the right fit, we say so. If we are, you can be live in 7 days on The Table.

Restaurants we work with, across the US

EateryWebStudio works remotely with restaurants anywhere in the United States. Onboarding is one call and everything else runs through your client portal, so it makes no difference whether your room is around the corner or three time zones away. These are some of the states our kind of room is busiest in.

Tutti the flamingo mascot waving hello beside a restaurant host stand with a tablet and phone
  • New York NYdense neighborhoods where a phone search decides the table in minutes
  • California CApatio and rooftop seasons that run most of the year
  • Texas TXfast-growing metros where new rooms open every month
  • Florida FLvisitor traffic that searches on a phone, not by name
  • Illinois ILstrong neighborhood dining scenes with loyal regulars
  • Georgia GAbrunch and patio crowds that plan on social media first
  • Arizona AZseasonal hours that change with the heat and the snowbirds
  • North Carolina NCgrowing food cities where independents compete with chains

Not in these states? Same plans, same timelines, same prices everywhere in the US. Your own site gets a page for each of your locations, with its own hours, address and map pin.

Questions before you get in touch

How quickly will someone reply?

Within one working day. Business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays.

Can I talk to someone on a call?

Yes. Book a demo and you are on a call with a person at a time that suits you. For anything else, email is the fastest route.

What should I include in my message?

What kind of room you run, where it is, your current website address if you have one, and what you want the new site to do better. That is enough for a useful first reply.

I am already a client. Where do I send changes?

Use your client portal for revisions, support tickets and files, or email us and we log the request for you.

Do you work with restaurants outside big cities?

Yes. We work remotely with restaurants anywhere in the United States, from city neighborhoods to small towns.

How do I cancel?

By email, at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Is my message kept private?

Yes. We use what you send to reply and, if you become a client, to build your site. We do not sell it. The privacy policy has the details.

Can I report an accessibility problem here?

Yes. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will fix it and give you the information another way in the meantime.

Rather see it than read about it?

Book a 30-minute demo and we will walk through a build for your kind of room.
